These terms apply to your use of omgdeals.in and to any purchase you make from us. By placing an order you accept them.

What we sell

OMgdeals sells digital products — downloadable PDF files. No physical item is dispatched with any order.

Orders and payment

  • Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not receive or store your card, UPI or banking credentials.
  • An order is complete once payment is verified and your download is made available.
  • We may correct pricing errors or decline an order where a listing was clearly mistaken; in that case any payment taken is refunded in full.

Licence granted to you

  • You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use and print the file for your own household, classroom or business use.
  • You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, publish, or share the file publicly or on file-sharing services.
  • You may not claim authorship of our materials or sell derivatives of them.
  • Copyright in all products remains with OMgdeals.

Acceptable use

You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, interfere with the site's operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the site available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update products, prices and these terms; the version published at the time of your order governs that order.

Liability

Our products are educational and informational materials provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute.
