How do I receive my product after paying?
Two ways, immediately. A download button appears on the confirmation screen the moment your payment is verified, and an email with your private download link is sent to the address you entered at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Seconds. Delivery is automatic — you never need to contact us to receive a product.
I did not get the email. What now?
Check your spam and promotions folders first, and search for "OMgdeals". If it is genuinely missing, email support@omgdeals.in from the address you paid with and we will resend it. Your download link also stays open on the confirmation page.
How long does my download link work?
For 30 days, and up to 8 downloads, so you can save it on more than one device. Save your own copy of the file — if the link lapses, email us and we will issue a new one.
What devices can I open the files on?
Any phone, tablet or computer with a free PDF reader. Nothing special is needed.
Do you ship anything?
No. Every OMgdeals product is a digital download. No physical item is posted and no delivery address is asked for.
Can I get a refund?
Because a digital file cannot be returned once downloaded, refunds are limited — but if a file is faulty, will not open, or is not what the product page described, write to us and we will fix it or refund you. See our refund policy for the details.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card and UPI details go straight to them and are never stored on our servers.
