Digital delivery policy

Every product sold by OMgdeals is a digital file. No physical goods are shipped, and we do not collect a delivery address.
How and when you receive your product
- Delivery is automatic and begins as soon as your payment is verified — usually within a few seconds.
- A download button appears immediately on the order confirmation page.
- A confirmation email containing your private download link is sent to the email address entered at checkout.
- You never need to contact us to receive a product you have paid for.
Your download link
- Links are private and tied to your individual order.
- Each link stays valid for 30 days and permits up to 8 downloads, so you can save the file on more than one device.
- If your link expires or is used up, email us with your order ID and we will issue a fresh one at no cost.
- We recommend saving your own copy of the file to your device or cloud storage after downloading.
If delivery fails
If the email does not arrive, check your spam and promotions folders first. If it is genuinely missing, email us from the address you paid with, quoting your order ID or Razorpay payment ID, and we will resend your file. Delivery failures caused by an incorrect or mistyped email address are resolved the same way.
Correct email address
Because your product is delivered by email, the address entered at checkout must be correct and able to receive mail. Please check it before paying.
Licence and permitted use
- Purchases are for personal use, or use within a single classroom or household.
- You may print purchased files as often as you need for that use.
- You may not resell, redistribute, share publicly, or upload our files to any file-sharing service.
