Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data OMgdeals collects, why, and what we do with it. We collect as little as we can, because delivering a PDF does not require much.
What we collect
- Your name and email address, entered at checkout. Your email is essential — it is how your product is delivered.
- Order details: the product purchased, amount, order and payment reference, and timestamps.
- Download activity: how many times your download link has been used, so we can protect links and help you if one stops working.
- Basic website analytics: pages viewed and general traffic sources, used in aggregate to improve the site.
We do not collect or store your card number, UPI ID, CVV or bank credentials at any point. Those are handled entirely by Razorpay.
Why we hold it
- To deliver the product you paid for and to reissue download links.
- To provide customer support and handle refunds.
- To keep records of transactions as required for accounting and tax.
Who we share it with
- Razorpay — our payment processor, to take and verify your payment.
- Hostinger — our hosting and email provider, which stores the site and sends your delivery email.
- Government authorities where we are legally required to disclose information.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Marketing email
We send you the email needed to deliver your order. We will only send you promotional email if you have separately opted in, and every such email carries an unsubscribe link.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as needed to support your purchase and to meet legal and accounting obligations, after which they are deleted.
Security
The site runs over HTTPS. Product files are stored outside the public web directory and are reachable only through a signed, expiring link tied to your order. Order records are not publicly accessible.
Your rights
You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email support@omgdeals.in and we will action the request.
Cookies
The site itself does not set advertising cookies. Razorpay's checkout may set cookies necessary to process your payment securely.
