These terms govern your purchase and use of the Omg Deals printable worksheet bundle (the "Product") from Omg Deals ("we", "us"), operating the website at omgdeals.in. By buying the Product you agree to these terms.

1. What you are buying

The Product is a one-time digital purchase: a collection of approximately 5,400 printable worksheet pages supplied as PDF files. It is delivered as a download link. No physical goods are shipped, and no printed materials are included.

2. Price and payment

• The price is ₹299, inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.
• Payment is processed by our payment partner. We never receive or store your full card details.
• We may change the price at any time. The price shown at the moment of your purchase is the price that applies to you.

3. Delivery

Access is delivered electronically, normally within a few minutes of successful payment, via an on-screen link and an email to the address you provide. Delivery depends on you giving a correct, working email address. If your link has not arrived within 24 hours, contact us at revanthkings@gmail.com and we will resend it.

4. Licence — what you may and may not do

On payment you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Product. You may:

• Print an unlimited number of copies for children in your own household.
• Store personal backup copies of the files.
• Keep using the Product indefinitely; the licence does not expire.

You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, rent or redistribute the files, in whole or in part, in any format.
• Share the download link, the files, or your access with anyone outside your household.
• Upload the files to any public, shared or file-sharing service.
• Claim authorship of the material, or remove or alter any branding or copyright notice.
• Use the Product commercially — including in a school, daycare, tuition centre or paid class — without a separate licence from us. Contact revanthkings@gmail.com to arrange one.

5. Intellectual property

All worksheets, artwork, text and design in the Product remain our property or that of our licensors. Buying the Product transfers a licence to use it, not ownership of it.

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Suitability

The Product is educational material aimed at children roughly aged 3 to 8. Children differ, and we make no promise about any particular learning outcome. Adult supervision is recommended, particularly for cut-and-glue activities involving scissors.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend or withdraw the site or the Product at any time. If we withdraw the Product, downloads already purchased remain yours under the licence above.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you actually paid for the Product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost time, lost data, or printing costs.

10. Your account and conduct

You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, to circumvent payment, or to interfere with its operation. We may terminate a licence, without refund, where the Product has been redistributed in breach of clause 4.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force at the time of your purchase is the one that governs it. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
