This policy explains what Omg Deals ("we", "us") does with your personal information when you visit omgdeals.in or buy our worksheet bundle. We are the data fiduciary for that information.

1. What we collect

• Information you give us. Your name and email address at checkout, and anything you write to us in a support email.
• Payment information. Handled entirely by our payment partner. We receive confirmation of payment, the amount, and a transaction reference — not your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or bank credentials.
• Technical information. Your IP address, browser type, device type, and the pages you view, collected automatically when you visit.

We do not knowingly collect any information from or about children. The purchaser is the adult, and we ask for nothing about the child using the worksheets.

2. Why we use it

• To take payment and deliver your download link — this is the performance of our contract with you.
• To provide support and handle refund requests.
• To keep records required by tax and accounting law.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it, and to detect fraud or abuse — our legitimate interests.
• To send you occasional emails about our products, only where you have opted in. Every such email carries an unsubscribe link.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who need it to run the business:

• Our payment gateway partner — to process payments.
• Our email delivery provider — to deliver your download link and any receipts.
• Hostinger (website hosting) — to host the website.
• Our analytics provider, where enabled — to measure site usage.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim.

4. Cookies

The site uses cookies that are necessary for it to function, and no analytics cookies at present. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; blocking necessary cookies may stop checkout from working.

5. How long we keep it

Purchase and transaction records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires (generally eight years in India). Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe. Support correspondence is kept for up to three years.

6. Security

The site is served over HTTPS and access to purchase records is restricted. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security; we do commit to notifying you and the relevant authority of a breach affecting your data, as the law requires.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us to:

• tell you what personal data of yours we hold, and why;
• correct data that is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date;
• erase your data, where we are not required to keep it;
• withdraw a consent you previously gave, such as for marketing email;
• nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf if you die or become incapacitated.
